Come join Chef Anne Hynes in another celebration of the bright flavours of Japanese Izakaya - light and fresh, big and bold, highly addictive comforting favourites. Tonight we make small plates of bold flavours beginning with the delightfully light and crispy Kakiage (vegetable fritters) with Seasoned Salt and Lemon; Yakionigiri (grilled rice balls) with Honey Miso Butter; crunchy Shaki Shaki Salad (wakame, greens, cucumber, tomatoes) with Ponzu Dressing; reversed seared Striploin Steak with Spinach, addictively delicious Roasted Sesame Seed Dressing; and Miso Chocolate Tart to end our exciting evening.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.
