Mangrove Jack's Bohemian Lager Yeast M84 is a bottom fermenting lager yeast which is characterised by its dry and clean palate.
M84 produces soft, delicate and well balanced beers, which are typical of traditional Czech brewing.
This top quality yeast is suitable for brewing German and Bohemian pilsners, all lager styles, German bocks and more.

Usage Directions: Sprinkle directly on up to 23 L (6 US Gal) of wort. For best results, ferment at 10-15 degrees C (50-59 degrees F).
