A set of 8 cookbooklets from the Culinary Arts Institute published in the late 1940s/early 1950s. These "cookbooklets" were really popular in the 1950s and '60s. Short, themed culinary inspirations, here are 8 edited by the iconic Ruth Berlozheimer.
